How do I connect a social account?
Sign in, go to My Business → Social, and link your account through the platform's official login. We never see or store your password.
A post failed to publish — what do I do?
Open the post in Lumafly. The detail page shows which platform failed and why. Most issues are short-lived (rate limits, permission re-grants); retry from the same page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Subscription in the Lumafly app and click Manage subscription. You'll be taken to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel, change plan, or update payment.
I need to delete my account.
Settings → Delete account. We'll sign you out and queue your account for deletion. Re-signups with the same email are blocked while a request is open.
Where do I report a bug?
Email support@lumafly.ai with a description and a screenshot if available — it's the fastest path to a fix.
