FAQ
Common questions
Quick answers about how Lumafly works — posts, credits, templates, and more. If yours isn't here, drop us a line.
- What's a post?
- A post is an AI-generated piece of content — your photo or product turned into media plus a caption ready to publish. You can save it and share manually wherever you'd like, or use Lumafly to make publishing smoother.
- What's a credit?
- Credits are how we charge for AI-generated posts — they're what drives the cost of each one you make. The amount depends on the quality you pick: lower-quality posts cost fewer credits, higher-quality posts cost more. You decide per post what's worth the spend.
- What are templates?
- Templates are curated visual styles — pre-tuned edits, fonts, motion, and music — that we apply to your photos and videos. Pick one and we handle the production. New ones get added regularly.
- What's scheduling and auto-pilot?
- Scheduling lets you queue any post to publish at a specific date and time. Auto-pilot takes it further — we plan the whole posting schedule from your photos for you, and you just approve before anything goes live.
- Do credits roll over?
- Plan credits reset each month. Extra credits you buy stack on top of your plan and never expire.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. You'll keep access through the end of your billing period.
- Do I need to connect any social accounts?
- No. You can create posts and download them to publish manually. Connecting a social account just removes that step — we send the post straight to the platform when you approve it.
